General terms and conditions

1. The guest accommodation contract (rental contract) is concluded as soon as the room / the vacation apartment is ordered (by telephone) and confirmed. A written confirmation is not required for the conclusion of the guest accommodation contract (rental contract). The hotel is free to confirm the room booking in text form.

2. The customer does not acquire the right to the provision of certain rooms, unless this has been expressly agreed. Booked rooms are available to the customer from 2:00 p.m. on the agreed day of arrival. The customer has no right to earlier provision. On the agreed day of departure, the rooms must be vacated and made available to the hotel by 11:00 a.m. at the latest and the apartments by 10:00 a.m..

3. Payment of the hotel bill is made by EC card or cash payment.

4. In case of loss of the room key (or duplicate key) the guest is liable for a share of EUR 110,00

5. The reserved room / apartment will be kept free in any case on the day of arrival. The termination/cancellation of the rental agreement is generally only possible free of charge up to 7 days after the conclusion of the rental agreement. In case of cancellation or no-show, we will make every effort to rent the room / apartment to someone else. If this is not possible, we will charge you the room rate less 10% for vacation apartments and 20% for hotel rooms for saved own expenses. Please note that this also applies to cancellations due to belonging to a risk group or a maximum budget restriction.

6. We therefore recommend the conclusion of a travel cancellation insurance! This can also be completed on our homepage.

7. If the room / apartment can be rented again, the obligation to pay the agreed accommodation price only applies to the extent that the agreed rental price is achieved by the new rental in the booked period. Otherwise, the difference must be borne by the initial purchaser. You are free to prove that the actual additional expense was lower in the individual case.

8. For vacation apartments: Persons exceeding the booked number of persons will be charged with 30,00 Euro per person and day.

9. To leave the apartment clean and tidy by 10.00 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure. Do it like you do at home – please don’t leave dirty dishes, trash or bottles in the apartment. Otherwise we would be forced to charge a final cleaning fee of 80.00 euros.

10. Obviously drunk persons have no access to the rooms / apartments.

11. The rooms / apartments are non-smoking. In case of non-compliance, we charge an additional cleaning fee depending on the effort.

12. Verbal collateral agreements are not made. Amendments, supplements and cancellations must be made in writing to be effective.

13. Should any provision of this Agreement be wholly or partially invalid or later lose its legal effect, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The statutory provisions shall apply in place of the invalid provisions.
